Are your cleaners fully trained?

Yes our team of cleaners are fully trained in-house and are required to participate in ongoing training.  This includes training on new technology, health and hygiene, as well as being kept up to date with new legislation, government guidelines and approved cleaning techniques.

What is your quality control procedure?

All our cleaners have a supervisor onsite to ensure that their work has been carried out to our incredibly high standards. We regularly seek feedback from our clients which allows us to deal with any concerns they may have immediately.  It is not possible to supervise a cleaner remotely, a supervisor has to be onsite. The allocated supervisor liaises with the client so that we fully understand their requirements and ensure that the cleaner/s is fully trained to meet the demands of the client. The supervisor also makes sure that the cleaner is happy and motivated to carry out the work.  There is nothing worse than a lethargic, miserable cleaner!

Who is the point of contact for complaints or problems?

Initially the onsite supervisor will deal with complaints and problems. However, if you are dissatisfied, our Area Managers are always available via contacting our Head Office by email or phone.

Can you provide us with references?

Indeed we can. You can see what our clients think about us by reading the testimonials on our website.  However, if you would like direct contact with any of our clients this can be arranged.

Are your cleaners security vetted?

We are aware of the importance of security in any sector including education and healthcare.  All our cleaners undergo robust pre-employment screening and hold current DBS checks. Many of our teams have been with us for years and are valuable and trusted members of our team.  We ask for a myriad of documents from them including at least two forms of identification, proof of residential address and any other documents we feel necessary to ensure they are who they say they are. Our pre-employment and ongoing screening process ensures that all our staff members are completely legal.

Can your cleaners lock up and set the alarm of my premises?

Yes, you can rely on our cleaners to lock up your building and set the alarm before they leave your premises.  We also offer an alarm response and key holder service if required.
